It has one bedroom with king bed, a couch that folds out to sleep two, one full bathroom with adjustable height shower head, a tankless water heater, fully equipped kitchen with all new appliances and beautiful granite counter tops, a table that seats four to six, a gas fireplace in living room, three smart TVs, air conditioning and radiant floor heat in all rooms. This unit has a one vehicle parking space in the garage and access to a 12 person, in ground storm shelter for use in dangerous weather. There are security cameras on the exterior of the unit and in the garage as well as a ring doorbell with camera. There are no security cameras in any indoor spaces.
The Lonestar Loft has it's own private, fully furnished courtyard which has an eight foot privacy fence.
